1. Processing Time & Shipping Fees

Every order from Kitchenware Craft, Inc. is handled with utmost care.

    Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

  • Peak Seasons (Holidays/New Year):
    During high-demand periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Fee:
    We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders, regardless of the destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since our products are fulfilled by global partners, the delivery times can vary depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the label is created.

  • If your tracking status doesn’t update immediately, rest assured, your package is still on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, our orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Kitchenware Craft, Inc. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Customs fees are less common for kitchen and household products but can vary by country.


5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To ensure swift delivery, we begin processing orders immediately.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@vacgcare.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once processing begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is essential to us.

  • Damaged Items:
    If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a free replacement.

  • Lost in Transit:
    If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
