1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.

  • It should be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • It must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items returned without prior approval and without authorization will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout

We also do not accept returns on:

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is:

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags (if applicable).

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

This right applies regardless of the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
